BTW......

My husband had a birthday yesterday. I wish him a great one more year left before he turns the BIG 30. He says it won't bother him but I know it bothered me. So hopefully he will have better luck with that. Love you Dev.

Our family is truley complete

Hunter was finalized on September 16, 2008. We drove up to Holbrook to the County Courts Building. The judge was so nice both times we were there. She just loves to go up to the babies and hold them. They just asked us a few questions that all the information was true and correct and asked if this adoption was in the best interest of the child and of course we said yes. He was so cute. He was squeling and talking to everyone. I think he was excited too. We will take Hunter to the temple on the 18th of Oct.

Kassie's One Year Birthday Celebration

She ate good chunk out of the cake. But she looked really happy.
Kassie opening her first girt. She was actually ripping the paper without my help.

My friend Nikki was a good sport. We played put the dot on the lady bug. The dots were oreos.

What cute lady bugs?

Family for life

We had a great labor day weekend. We got to spend the whole weekend with Kassie's birth family. They are a great family to be with. They joined us at the Sweet Corn Festival on Saturday morning. Neveah (baby kassie's big sis) got lots of candy from the floats. It took a while for her to warm up to us but we eventually had her jumping and flipping of Devin's back. Haha

Kassie and Neveah ended up staying the rest of the day with us and we had a barbeque and let the kids play around. Kassie, Neveah, baby Kassie and I ended up on our big bed watching spongebob and resting but neither of the babies would take a nap. They ended up staying the night as well. We put the babies to bed and watched a movie. It was a big day and we were all very tired. We woke up the next morning and got ready to go up to Kassie Grandparent ranch. It was so great. It also rained alot but we were able to have dutch oven stew and skones. It was so yummy. Then the night came to an end and we had to leave. It was a little hard for both of us but we know we will see each other again.

By the way, Thanks to Kassie's cousin for the pink sparkly shoes. She looks so cute in them.
