Devin and I have been married for 12 wonderful long years. I say "long years" because we spent most of our marriage as a single couple. See it took us 7 years to finally create a family of our own. That is where our two 5 year olds come into play. Devin and I have had our good and bad times but I can say I am "in love" with my husband. We love anything and everything that touches adoption. We have two great birth families, we are "in love" with too. They fit our family just right.
Kassie came to us through adoption. Her birth mother was so loving to her. She chose us to be Kassie's parents and for that we are eternal grateful.
Hunter also came to us through adoption. My family knew how much we wanted a family and was constantly trying to find us a family. Hunter's birthmother is a friend's sister of a family member. She too wanted what was best for Hunter. So made our family complete. If you want to here more of our adoption story click here.
