Keeping our Sleep sanity

We started about 7:30 and we read, prayed and sang songs. And then gave Kassie a kiss and said good night and before we could finish she knew what was coming and she threw her fit. Then I stood at the door and she cried, kicked, and threw her sippy at the door. So I waited for 5 min. and picked her up and layed her on her bed and kissed her again and said good night. I did it one more time about 10 min. later and then she was crying for dad. So dad did it and she finally layed down and when to bed...........

Until 4:00 we heard a little voice say "my blanie" am she came until our room and we didn't even hear her at first. I even thought she had crawled up on the bed and didn't even wake up. And then I said lets go back to bed and it was dark and thought she had ran into her room but she sneaked in bed with Dad instead. So I had to get her and put her back in bed. And even before I got to the door she was doing her same thing crying and stuff. And I waited for 5 min. and then picked her up and layed her in bed, gave kisses and sippy with blanket and she stayed. It really wasn't too bad. But we are determined to get this down cause Hunter gets it but for some reason Kassie never got on the train. so we are crossing our fingers for tonight.

Our Thanks for Birth Mothers

Thanksgiving we were able to visit Hunter's birth family. No one knew we were coming and we were able to surprise Deena. She was so excited to see him. We had a good time just talking about what Hunter like to do. We even sang the Wheels on the bus to his family. I am grateful for Birthmother and to have the spirit with us so we can have great visits.
